well the model of the face is pretty good, but the textures needs some work I think... try to reduce relief a bit on the lips and the scars, also the eyes needs some work, mor gloss and a bit more mirror... If ya change the scene, please upload the image here, so that we can take a look at how your work grows. ThanX!
