Description

This is the first concept render of a animation I am starting on these days. I saw the first trailer of Start Wars Episode II, and it inspired me to do a really realistic, futuristic flyby. It has to be a bit Fifth-Elemt-ish ;). I am going to render it in Brazil...allthough this is just a wire-framed scanline-render (just to give you some idea of the depth and form of the buildings). Please give me some hints / tips / things-to-do / things-to-NOT-do.... :) I am not worried about the moddeling and animation...but I most certainly need some suggestions about the texturing... Thnx in advance! Ps: I (L) this site/board/gallery!!

Great work... it looks like it will be well set. I wpuld personally avoid too much glass... more 5th element and Blade runner than Star Trek :)

If you're looking for a "5th Element" feel, you're gonna have to have a lot of buildings:) As far as glass/no glass, it's too early for me to jump one way or the other. We're just going to have to see a render.
