Description

In this scene I'm portraying two of my main characters sitting in their spaceship waiting for the results of a high security clearance. They are surrounded by cool graphical elements as well as a semi-transparent digital display. The interior of the ship was designed by yours truly. I kept it simple; I didn't want to create too much detail since this scene is part of a continuing work of comic book panels overlayed with text.
This scene as well as many other scenes in this gallery are part of an online comic book that I'm self-publishing. I will attend the NYC Comic-Con, Chicago Comic-Con and San Diego this year 2008. All 3D objects are produced in Carrara and exported as a line drawing. Then I add some Photoshop magic. Search for DuoComics anytime, anywhere. I will add credit to the vendors asap! I appreciate your patience and thanks for stopping by to check out my gallery! :-)

Yes I found carrara does one of the best line art shader around. All thoe it doesn't do the inking. I found oliviers shaders to be the only ink shader out there. You've done an excellent job here I love the heavy line. 5+

Excellent! Carrara does good line art but try Cinema 4D... It has more line perameters settings. Great staging and presentation!

This doesn't need a whole lot of detail, everything stands out very well!

I like the combination of traditional 2D art and the computer display imposed on top of it. The inking is very well done, too.
