a very good morning to everyone :o)..
well the weather held out yesterday ,in fact it was very pleasant some nice sunshine and quite warm so we jumped in the car and drove to richmond which is about 20 miles from where i live .we had a lovely walk along the river swale up to the water falls and then round the castle walls to take in some fresh air and look at some of the views looking out onto the yorkshire dales .of course i took my camera and i will share with you .the first one being this road bridge over the river swale.for all the bad weather we have had recently the river was quite low but was showing signs of the swelling of the extra water it will have been carrying recently with trees and bushes along its edge flattened .

oh by the way i still have`nt touched a ciggie although it has been hard .i`ve been stressing and also seen a side to me i never knew i had anger .the slightest thing sets me off and i lose the plot .its a good job june throws a good punch which then calms me down :o)
