UF and PSP Just a doodle before bed. :-) I spent most of the day going through some new cookbooks. I've become a cookbook junkie! Lost 8 pounds now and, as I tell my clients, I'm in the gung-ho stage and am actually enjoying this diet. Yes! Really! If any of you have not tried Weight Watchers and want to try it without becoming a member, you can do it. It's simple and it works. Send me a site mail and I'll be happy to clue you in.
