Pretty impressive for "Nothing special" - Someone's cited "Tron." I'll add "Logan's Run" and parts of downtown Tokyo. Tokyo?! Not in detail: but that building/complex in the foreground particularly reminds me of those parts of Tokyo I've seen on screen, with neon lights and other glowing displays covering nearly everything except the sky, the pavements, and some utility poles.
