Description
I rendered this 100% in TG2, using an image projection technique. I used a photo I took of a surfer and the ocean. The mountains, rocks, background, and lighting are all TG2 elements.
Minor color, contrast, and sharpening in Photoshop.
Many thanks for viewing. I hope you like it.

I do (like it) a lot. Projection/integration is expertly done (Is the photo projected through the render camera with a mask? I'd like to know how to do this). Sky colours are dreamy. Excellent work.

Thanks for the compliments. There were no masks involved. I simply projected an image onto the default plane and aligned the horizon on the image with the horizon in TG2. :-)

Agreed with flamegfx but maybe that was intended. great composition and coloring, a bauty.

Yes, reflections were in the original scene, but my system would crash about 50% into the render. I couldn't find a way around it and believe there is a fix in the next update of TG2.

Very cool!

Hi, this is a really nice picture. I agree with the other comments about the lack of reflections in the water and understand why you left them out after your explanation. It does affect the overall look because of the lack of colour in the lower third of the image but it's still a great picture. Well done.
