Description

Not the sharpest of photos but its my 1st shot of one. These guys were all over the place last weekend and I couldnt resist getting a few photos of them. The camera I borrowed doesnt do macro so great, hence the pixel look, but I like how it turned out. They were rather happy to just sit still while I took their photos, perhaps they were too hot from the summer heat here, it was about 38 degrees C last weekend

yes they are white and almost see through, this guy was sitting on the rope of our shade sail....

Wow! Sue, spooky! I have never seen anything like this, pity you didn't have your camera with you. It's practically transparent, really glassy looking. A little bit fuzzy but still a great shot under the circumstances. You will have to keep your eyes open for more of these. Fantastic work. Bravo!!!!!

The body looks a bit like - made of chrome. And the head is made of alluminium. Excellent! And thanks about your information about the temperatur. I am siting here in Germany and it´s about 2°C.... :-(
