The adventures in Candyland continue. While not the strongest image of the series, I like the composition and lighting in this one. If you are interested, you can read about this style of japanese stone lantern and compare this with a visible light photoHERE. An interesting aspect of the Morikami Gardens is that they are always changing. We had a hurricane and re-landscaping between the two shots, and though they were taken from different 90 degree angles, I think you may see the difference in the foliage. -----

Burrr, this makes me feel cold.... I love Japanese lanterns. This is a nice one. You can see a lot of them at the different temples in Japan. Nice capture. And thanks for the well wishes. Aloha
