Description

This is a two state picture. Everything on this side is in Texas, everything in the background is in Oklahoma. The divide is somewhere in the middle... lol... :) depending on who you talk to, and what your doing! Go to google maps satellite imagery and try to follow the red river between Texas and Oklahoma, it looks like a little kid drew it with a dark blue crayon... lol... :) Lake Texoma is just a big wide spot in the Red. Thanks for all the great comments and advice. See Y'all.... Todd

Nice shot! When I was a kid, my uncle used to set catfish traps in the Red River, in Arkansas.... He caught the biggest catfish I have ever seen. Then we'd have fried catfish and hushpuppies....mmmmm.

Pardon me for saying it, but from what I can see sun is shining in Oklahoma and it is pretty dark on this side. Now seriously, I like the way you framed this photo with these trees on both side.

I had forgotten how flat flatland could be. :-) Open space, open air and open water. Good capture.
