Description

"You see things; and you say 'Why?' But I dream things that never were; and I say 'Why not?'" ~ George Bernard Shaw

As some of you may know, Danny (danob) has stepped down as a Renderosity Moderator. He will still be around posting photos and commenting when he can, but he will be missed as a leader here at Renderosity. He was a calm and nurturing presence here on Rendo for many years, and no one will be able to truly fill that void. Thanks for everything Danny, and good luck! Here is another photo of the OCCC (see previous photos). It was shot while traveling up the escalator from the showroom floor to the mezzanine. It is a rare photograph that I have decided not to alter in any way, save resizing and the addition of my signature. It is a near black & white, but you can see some subtle hints of color. As always, the full size view is best. -----

Thanks for your candy-coated comments on my previous upload, thumb_1609140.jpg Exploring Candyland X - Oribe ----- Olympus C8080wz & PhotoshopCS. (1083) Orlando, FL, USA 2008 Sponsored by: ott_bot1.gifKramer Kreations ohm.gif

This is a superb pic Kort, especially as it's taken on a moving escalator! I wonder how many times you had to run back down to the bottom and then ride back up until you got the shot that you wanted?! Lol! Wonderful use of light and desaturated colours!!

The clarity and detail are fantastic and excellently composed considering you were moving upwards!! Brilliant contrasts and the addition of the silhoutted people in front of you give this a real "being-there" feel. Excellent photography Kort - another one I love!! Hugs xx
