Wonderful colors and effects. I love your rainy day images, Koosie. This architecture is very interesting. I am especially fascinated with the narrow sections. It must be interesting living in that space.

I just don't know enough about digital to know how you did this, but your obvious love for architectural detail is apparent here, and not just in the detail but in your capture of its wonderful pileup of design-block into design-block, all cozily scrunched together. (Very Northern European, yes?) Sometimes you remind me of Saul Steinberg who did parodies of design the way others did parodies of humans; but you have a much more 'painterly' sense; because you rendered this cramped little 'family' into an almost quilted thing, or some kind of fabric or textile, and it feels very intimate & like it was knitted by someone's grandmother. It's like an old family portrait, everyone looking in the camera & smiling, and the trim (viewer's right) being the necklaces and lace they put on for the photographer; and it's the kind of 'capture' (so to speak) that facades would probably love; and for all its straight forwardness, it's actually a lot of fun. I know it's raining, but your eye and hand are doing a lot more than provide rain. It's simply alive.
