Cool shot! The snow has a yellow tint to it. I would adjust the color balance by adding a touch of blue.

Love the sun on the shoulder... As far as it goes it looks like a holiday snap because it is centred and looking at the camera - nothing really going on. I might have had the subject facing away with the snowboard strapped to the back - had it in landscape and put them to one side of the photo with the other side looking iinto the landscape/piste - kinda like "here i am looking into the sun, and all before me is my domain - watch me kick some ass down the slopes".. the image would tell a story then i think rather than being an "identifying" shot.
