Description
I had a dream years ago. I envisioned the first instants of the universe, and the 'life' that existed therein. This might sound far-fetched, but consider that in the quark/gluon soup that made up creation then, the time frame was the "Femosecond". That was a unit of time so fast that if a Femosecond were a second, there has been nowhere near enough time in the universe on our scale of existence for a full second to have passed.
And so these beings existed and lived what to them was a very long time. Yet, they became aware that their universe was growing further and further apart and cold and dark. So they united all their efforts towards the end of their "Time" and planted the seeds for places to live into the eternal far future. We would call these "Stars" and other extreme environments such as the liquid metallic hydrogen ocean in Jupiter, though not 'negative' high density environments such as the fast cooling neutron stars or black holes. Then they simply 'shifted' forward in time to live a slower, colder existance.

A bit far fetched on the comment... you did say it was a dream, right? lol... Beautiful work!!! I love the colors and realism.

A wonderful concept and a marvelous image! I jumped to it as a primordial abstract, as I am working on a similar concept of a forest. The colros are marvelous.

Um. Okay. I think I got lost right after quark/gluon soup. I lingered too long at the soup bowl, . But yes, at the beginning of the beginning, there must have been something, and this makes as much sense as any other dream.
