Description

The guy: "...hello?...yes, it's Carl...well, I'm sorry...errh...we won't be able to be there in time...we got stuck in the snow...so we.."
The woman:"...(nag, nag)..and DON'T you turn your back on me when I'm talking...this is BRILLIANT - here's another fine mess you've gotten us into - aren't you proud...I know Laurel and Hardy would be! You moron..." ... and so on :)
This started out just as an attempt at making a road covered with snowdrifts, and a little blizzard style weather. Well, blizzards can be really boring in pictures (and in real life as well) ,so I added the figures :)
Vue Infinite render, some 30 min. in "User Settings", Global Ambience and shadow maps. Some corrections/postwork with Photoshop.
Characters from Poser, trees made by me.

LOL! That looks alot like what was happening around here lately! A gorgeous scene Lars, and I can feel the cold ~ nothing worse than being stranded out on the highway in a storm ~ Bravo!!!

I agree with the comments above, the poses look right and all like that, but that the white painted road lines should be more erased out in areas and also, it would look more like all of those types of snow crashes I see on the news all the time, if the front wheels had been spun in one or the other dirrection, as he tried to correct before he went off the road. Them being perfectly straight like that, tends to take away some from what really just happened. Otherwise, everything else is pretty spot on :) ..............md :) P.S. Side note: You inspired me to make a decent mountain scene too and I just posted it up in the Landscape section of Vue. Just had to say thanx for your great terrain scenes that do inspire as well as teach.
