hi...:), sharing my recent concept for a city environment, titled: " City environment - Concept", painted in the most in photoshop, with a bit in painter, using tablet.
ive visualized the entire scene and the composition, mood and color palette for the look i wanted to achieve. i went for a something futuristic, just a hint.

No way!! I did an animation like 10 years ago, where I made a very similar city including the claw like structures!! Eerie... Great image, love the "Dutch angle".
