I wanted to expand on my last image I posted up(Mountain Lake) with a "further down the river" theme. I wanted a more dramatic scene and had many ideas but this is what I came up with: Rapids leading to a waterfall. I could not find any rapid images here to get ideas from so this is what I came up with. Some parts I am pleased with and some not so much. Im not sure I captured the motion of the river to well. I had a very hard time getting the atmosphere right in this one, I wanted an interesting light on my river and plants but also create the depth needed in the distance. I could have used more lights I suppose but I went with this one. I have used: Lush Grass from C3D,River rapid foam from C3D, and SeaVue mats for my river, Caves and Cliffs rocks and rock mats for above and below water rock surfaces.
