Description

To any one can be interested: Well.... again in Britain. This is the transept of the Wells cathedral, a reconstruction from the modern times of a very old abbey and cathedral at a day of journey walking from Bath. Somerset. England. A place that i recommended you to visit if like the authentic things. Unfortunately was winter, of course was cloudy, and all of those marvels should be to wait for better lighting. But something, indoors , can be displayed to you.

well here don't have exactly one shot, is a nightmare combination of 6 pictures every one taken with a different lighting and with a different angle and after they blend using at least three computer graphic programes.

Great composition, my friend. Did you get a sore neck, from looking up? Did you lie on the floor to take one of your shots? ;o) The effort is greatly appreciated. The idea of building the high, valted ceiling was to give one the impression of reaching towards the sky, and therefore towards heaven and God. I would like to have the time to visit some old cathedrals. Regards, John.
