Esto se prepara asi.
1 porcion de arandanos muy frescos.
1 porcion de zarzamoras frescas
1 porcion de helado americano
2 galletas "oreo" de chocolate molidas
1 porcion de crema batida fresca
una ramita de menta... para decoracion

1 portion of very fresh blueberries.
1 portion of fresh blackberries
1 portion of American ice cream
2 cookies "Oreo" of milled chocolate
1 portion of cream fresh combing
a spray of mint... for decoration
