I started Brycing in November of 2003 after being introduced to it through the owner of www.mulawa.net, Peter Hewitt. He created a set of tutorials and sent a group of us a book called Advanced Bryce Creations. His generoisity has led to many hours of joy for me as I create the images you will see in my gallery.
I was able to start Brycing because I no longer worked as a CAD drafter at the local foundry which lost most of its business to overseas businesses. My husband supports me for the time being but says when he retires, I get to go back to work so we have health insurance. We will see :D
Stats: Female, married, no children, brown hair, hazel eyes, glasses, drink Bacardi Limon and diet Pepsi(have since given this up...I still miss it, lol), love to golf, camp, play PC games and Bryce. I used to love to tend my garden so that's where my nick came from...Burpee Seeds.
Boring? Maybe but I'm happy :)

Hi Nancy. Great looking image. The branch turned out well. I don't know how much modeling experience you have or what tools. But if little or none then may I suggest you download Wings3D free off the net. Get the manual too. Then do the dog house & hand tutorial. Takes a few hours but you will come away with decent modeling skills and not be trapped searching for a dumb model when you could simply build it yourself. Example: This branch could be built in under 5 minutes and used in either Byce or Vue. Just place it and assign it a texture.. done! A little practice and polygons become easily configured clay. Glad to help, advise, or tutor if needed. Bravo and hugs from Dave :^)

Looking good!!! That title "Songbird" reminds me of the last Beatles song recorded after John Lennon died. They scoured the studios to locate any recording that had John's voice on it and the remaining three Beatles would composed a song around it. It was such a hit that they were detrmined to locate another recording. They did and recorded the song, "Hello, Yoko and I aren't home right now..." (LOL)
