During the war, many ships on both sides were lost... some in battle, some due to accident, some just disappeared. One such case was this D-Noe Class Destroyer. D-Noe's were best seen travelling in groups of 5 or more... known in Vaygas as "Rat Pakz". On a routine escort, this D-Noe and it's companions were set on by a group of Reen-Oh attack Hotels..... hopelessly outgunned, the D-Noe's scattered... all but one making it back to base. Thought to have been "whacked" by the Reen-Oh ships, she lay undiscovered on a distant Planet for many years, until after the war when she was discovered by some land developers looking to set up an outlying Lounge. Although the ship was found... no trace of the crew was evident. They didn't die in the crash, and none of the escape pods had been fired.... this just deepened the mystery. It was decided to leave the ship where she lay, as a testament to the brave crew that flew in her... that and it would have been too expensive to move it away. Salvage costs wouldn't have covered the removal... as evidenced by the severe corrosion on her once gleaming hull.
