Step 2 in the process. Double dipped in a dark chocolate Ganashe ( Sounds like - Gah-Nah-SHHhh).

A general guideline for making ganache.
1) To make a glaze or coating: 1 part cream to 3 parts chocolate.
2) To make a truffle filling: 1 part cream to 2 parts chocolate.
3) To make a light filling: 1 part cream to 1 part chocolate.
