Description
No replacement has been found for the skill of carpenters on construction sites worldwide. They build wooden shuttering and supports to enable concrete to be poured into the moulds.

I know about concrete and carpenters and building very well. These guys work their tails off in the the nastiest weather, keep at it, and the next thing you know, there is this structure, complete and ready. They deserve a great deal of credit, you honor them well here!!
