It looks a little bit like Matisse way of drawing, yes. Do you know a Salvador Dali's painting called "Living still life" or something like that ( in french "Nature morte vivante" )? There is an alcohol bottle a little bit like yourse with splash out liquid...

Thank you for the comments.. I wasn't thinking of Matisse, but perhaps he was thinking of me... ;) I'll take a look at the Dali painting, I like his sensibility very much..

I enjoy the overall tonalities of this image(apologies for the use of that huge ugly word- but here it works)and especially like the drawing-wonderful image my friend-sorry for my lack of comments lately-my internet is doing a big time suck.
