Description
Playing in adobe again. May look like a housecat at first glance but its actually a Ocelot. The Ocelot's appearance is similar to that of the domestic cat. Its fur resembles that of a Jaguar and was once regarded as particularly valuable. As a result, hundreds of thousands of Ocelots have been killed for their fur. The feline was classified a "vulnerable" endangered species from the 1980s until 1996, but is now generally considered "least concern" by the 2006 IUCN Red List.

Soo cool and beautiful--when i was a kid i found a catalog in a burning barrel behind a tavern in my small hometown that had them for sale(with a picture of one lying on someones washer or dryer in their house) along with all kinds of big cats-panthers and chickens of all kinds-one where all the feathers were blown forward like in a terrific windstorm and it was just that way all the time--VERY STRANGE and must have been hard for the chicken to look so messed up when it wasnt. All kinds of animals and many varieties of more common domesticated ones--you could literally have mail ordered an entire zoo-who knew...but they did...i saw it and dreaMED OF SOMEDAY OF WELL...not the gianT LITTERBOX OR trUCKLOADS OF Mr Scooper Lottalitter of course. Still want a "FLUFF" chicken.....dinner?

I can't imagine how on earth you do this...a fractal program does not do this, right? It's an effect in photoshop or something? It's VERY STRIKING!!

Dear Fr3ak, this is a very beautiful composition, the green comes in and the body is like a built skeleton, as in architecture. The way the image is framed and how everything just sits perfectly at the right place is very well done. The upper part of the body and the head is my favorite as the pink, the green and the dash of red are just there subtly. Very nice work. Nina
