Art meets Music & Music meets Art
I have always been artistic and up to recently (mostly due to my use of "DAZ Studio") I only did art in support of my music project "Wintermute"/"Wintermute Music" (google it if interested: "Wintermute Music). In that sense I was happy to be doing all my covers, logo's, etc using Photoshop and was having my "artistic urges' satiated, but when I came into contact with DazStudio and Bryce, I really started having the strong "need" to do more. This was due to the incredible works I was seeing in many different media's at Renderosity and ArtZone. More recently my 3d interests have extended into Blender, Poser, and 3dsMax.

Ah, thank you all :) Ah the marionette, in short... I made it in D|S using David and two primitives to from the "Cross" ( yes this is a reference to a Christian cross, a metaphor in this case, The Devil using the church against man, a theme is the Bible that is warned about) if you notice one "arm" of the marionette control is a bit longer. The hardest part was creating the lines(wires) and getting them positioned right. Cyan was used as it provided the best contrast and it had a nice "astral" feel to as the lines are not psychical but meta-psychical since the Devil can have no "direct" control just influence. Likewise there are multiple images of the Devil at play here but the underlying idea is the Devil being just a man like being that uses fear of him (i.e. the "typical" devil behind him) and a facade (the mask) to influence us (humankind) although in fact he is prone(sitting) and quite helpless to do anything but use us against ourselves...
