To all of my mother's Renderosity friends:
It saddens me to no end to tell you that my mother, Mina, passed on May 31st, from endometrial cancer. She is survived by my father, Roger, and myself. I apologize for not letting you all know sooner, but her passing has left me with a broken heart and it is very hard to write this, even now. I don't suppose there will ever come a time that it will be easier.
I know how much she loved you all, how much it meant to her to have met such wonderful people, and how much it meant to her to create & share her art with you. I am leaving her work here for a while, as tribute to her, her beauty, her talent & her love.

Ooh, Mina...this is superb. I like what Janis said about it..."Sweet and delicious" and I think that sums it up perfectly! Great stuff...full of sensitivity, longing, wistfulness, and just a hint of a dark edge to keep things interesting. I love that sort of complexity! Your stuff is always rich in atmosphere and profound emotion, so it comes as no surprise that this would rank up there with everything else. It's gorgeous! I love it, and it evokes stories!!!! As a writer, I love it when images make me go: "Hmmm...what lines of dialog can go along with this?" And your stuff evokes so much!
