Description
Sometimes when life and its changes seem out of control, it helps to get a grip of one's self. Holding onto the values and beliefs that are cherished and precious to our lives. The challenge is being able to see ourselves as we really are to get a firm hold.

Cool image. Sounds like you're going through some heavy thinking time. the standing image seems like he's closed off to the world because his arms are crossed... the reflective image looks like the hands are try to force the eyes to see... Placement of the reflection and title together could yet be another story, but I won't get into that - lol
