Description
Even as night time draws near the exploration must continue, however, so far Odis Prime looks to be a bleak lifeless planet. So far....
---------
All Vue except the small tyre tracks were added with PS.
The vehicle is actually an O-Wing Space craft made by Kenny Mitchell at www.axeman3d.com (when it was working) but I added Vue Torus primitive to give it wheels and make it into a land vehicle.

i am a curious girl, how many time take this render. and so i like the terrain and the climax of this pic.

Without the vehicle it would be just a good terrain, but with vehicle giving scale to the whole scene...and the feeling of exploration.....ach...i really like it!

Excellent!!

Thanks for the comments guys, Weichristin it did not take long to render about 12 minutes on a Core 2 Duo 6550 on Broadcast setting in Vue. Took ages to play with the atmosphere and rock textures though. Zoom in, it looks better.

Spectacular eye-catching image. I love the ship's lights on the snow ... a soft contrast to the radiant setting sun. Great compo too.
