Description

The other day I managed to get a few good shots of a squirrel that raided the feeders that were ment for the birds at a hide. I will post them up as I go along but the feedback for this one is of particular interest to me as I used a new method of sharpening the image. As I rarely can determine if an image is sharp or not I would appreciate honest comments about the sharpness. Is it or is it not ? that is the question haha xxx

nice pict & compo... Sharp ? yep, it is but it could be really sharper. But to be honest, i need to view the original, not compressed, may be raw ? .. your previous pic was sharper...

Thank you Oliver158. Your comment and honesty is very much appreciated. As I said I was trying a new sharpening method on this photo and was just wondering. So back to the old ways haha. It is not a raw photo though. I personally hate raw and still sticking with jpg. And believe you me... you dont want to see the original.. its so out of focus you would think I put blurr on deliberatley haha x Thanks again xxx

I like the level of sharpness, maybe a tiny bit sharp on the two white points on each side of the eye? Feet and head are sharper than the body, but I think you did very nicely with these, a lovely creature and nicely composed.
