Description
You did it! First time you entered this mysterious and dangerous place!
You have wondered how it would be behind those closed doors. You have wondered for months, for years. Ever since you realised that you were unlike the other girls. You knew you were different but you did not want to be different, you did not believe it. Yet you wondered and your heart did jump when you saw Jennifer and not when you saw Marcus.
Now you are 18 and you want to know. You have tried to come here several times, but have turned around and escaped to the safety of your own room each time. Once your teacher was on the other side of the street, next time there were these girls in front of the bar. Laughing, so confident. You did turn around again. But today you took heart to ring the bell.
The door opened almost immediately. You were hardly watched through the peep hole. And now you are here. Are they staring at you?
Doubtless they are. All these strange women. You are standing at the restroom door, do not know where to go, do not dare to move at all.
Suddenly there is this girl, she looks even younger than you. Heading for the counter she looks at you and smiles.
A warm welcome of a smile.
This instant you know you are at home.
This image is dedicaed to all the boys and girls all over the world who feel that they are different and fear to accept it. I know how they feel.

I started with this image almost half a year ago, in August when I remembered that it was exactly 8 years that I first entered such a dangerous and morally questionable place. I remembered how I felt, handicapped by both my shyness and my handicap. But I made it and I was at home.
I can't say how often I changed the set up, how often Poser collapsed even when I made it a 3 layer thing.
This final version I started to work on in December, interrupted by Christmas, the flu and a constantly overstrained Poser 7.
This morning I made the final render and it took only 20 minutes.
There certainly are miracles in this world...

I'm not sure I can even imagine how it feels Doro, but it's a wonderful image and I'm glad you stuck with it. If it helps even one person get over the hump and find acceptance it's more than worth it. :) hugs

I understand your constrination with Poser, three dressed characters in one scene is enough to make it cry for mommy. Nice assembly of differing characters all posed exceptionally well. You certainly did put a lot of time into this one.

Fantastic scene! I don't know how you got Poser to render all those figures at once! Here in the US, nobody cares about your sexual orientation unless you have the misfortune to live in the South where they hate everyone unless you are white and Baptist, LOL!
