Hello and cheers From Snellville, Ga. When I was in grade school used to love to draw and paint. I took a few art classes along the way. As I got older I expanded into building models and scratch building. Then I put my talents to good use in building terrain and buildings for tabletop games. I also painted and customized figures in 90mm,25 mm and 6 mm..
I would go to gaming conventions, and they would have these wonderful art room's set up. I suppose I got the bug then.
After seeing artists putting images on the web, I of course became fascinated. After talking with a few of these artists I realized that the possibility of myself being able to do some of this work was there. I spoke with Kaposer of Kaposer's 3d World and he showed me the right path.I acquired DAZ studio and Poser 6,7 and then 8. I took an online class for Poser 6 through LVS Online. I've acquired along the way Bryce 6, CS3, Heaxagon 2.2 and Cararra 6 Pro. And eventually would like to create models and textures.
More to follow as time and experience permits......

I like the expression on her face - it's hard to read what she's feeling or thinking. Her eyes really caught my attention.

wonderful image I have one or two suggestions If I may ;-) light: there is a flame behind her, so the hot lady :-) should throw a little shadow to the front, too (I would use a soft shadow for that) Furthermore I like when images tell storys. From the look of her face (great pose by the way) I would attach another shadow in the front (from a man or large animal etc.) -> only that the shadow is seen and not the real figure itself

Beautiful scene and detail but I think the lighting is wrong. Some good ibl would help I think, Try Aery Soul's tutorial at his site. Helps you understand the lighting a bit more. Love the fire effect and the moon.
