Description
Some of you said this not a sparrow hawk,according to the National Audubon Society this a American Kestrel "Sparrow Hawk".Both sexes have 2 black stripes on there face.

it is not a sparrowhawk, it is a small falcon of some kind, American Kestrel maybe.
