Description
She had arrived only a month before the wedding. Dressmakers were brought to her immediately to make her wedding dress. She had met her husband to be only once a year before. But through their letters they had grown to know each other and feelings had developed.
The wedding was formal, all the people had left, and she was alone for the first time in two weeks. She pulled the pins out of her hair, letting the dark strands fall around her shoulders. Her hands absent-mindedly moved over the fabric of the dress, as her mind was a whirl thinking of the day�s events and what her new life would be. The door creaked as it was slowly pushed open bringing her back to reality, looking up it was her new husband. He stepped into the room nervous, �So, my dear are you ready to begin our life together?� A slight blush crept on to her cheeks as she held out her hand to him, �I am.� She replied.
