This is just beautiful Koosie and a wonderfully Celtic rendition of the theme. The color combination has always been one of my favorites...Wonderful metal work as well. Love to have this is the middle of the red granite I have. :)

there's always a fineness to your images, a center and a care. This is simple and beautiful, and still very complex. Anyone who's done design like this knows the care it takes (even in the tiny light-accents on the metal, or your subtle joins where one strand meets another). If the old Celts—in their wildly ornamental manuscripts—used the precision you have, they'd probably feel right at home with this image. And you've lit it expressively too. It could be Arabic too, I think. But it's sensitive and fine, as always.
