Great render, really great. Very realistic, very natural. Great composition. Her pose is excellent. My only crit would be that she seems to be slightly floating above the bed, in her right side, IMHO.

O you have set us a difficult choice now between the original art-brush (up till now my favourite), the sepia or this coloured version. Are you trying to make us lose sleep? The hair in these rendered versions is stunningly life-like and one of the most beautiful aspects of the scene. I think this tips the balance in favouritism (in as much as the rendered versions) as we are able in this colour version to appreciate its luxuriant quality better here. I feel that the texture on the left hand post of the bed-head could be better applied in a vertical position. Also, the purple slip under her does not seem to be lying flat enough on the bed. Aside from these trivialities, it is a highly enjoyable scene worthy of viewing on a wall.
