Description

Some of you know that I am head cook (and manager) at the boarding house where I live, so thought I would show you a bit of what I do. There are five men here that have mental illness, not an easy place to work and live:-) I make nearly everything from scratch and this day it was Beef Stew. Previous to my working here they had a lot of not so healthy or good food to eat and much went in the trash...I am happy to say that I have them eating healthier and not a bit goes in the trash, woo hoo! And the guys say I cook just like 'mom'! Alex said this photo was excellant because I captured the steam rising from the stew, to which I replied we need smell-a-vision! Lol! Very juicy, Lynn! That's cool, never thought of anything like that, clever... Alex is right, with the whole steam thing, its really cool, i can feel the warmth... looks good... save me some, okay? LOL... Very cool pic, and hope your doing okay. See yah!! :))
