Mornin' All *S* This is a submission for the 2D Theme "The Tree Of Life" The Tree of Life is an important symbol in nearly every culture. With its branches reaching into the sky, and roots deep in the earth, it dwells in three worlds- a link between heaven, the earth, and the underworld, uniting above and below. It is both a feminine symbol, bearing sustenance, and a masculine, visibly phallic symbol- another union. One of my favorite universal symbols Mina. You could study the meanings of this symbol for a life time. This is a beautiful collage of color, time and symbols. I love it! And lol on the title thangie, I some times spend as much time on the title as the image and then end up NOT posting...LOL :)

The tree of life... fantastic image Mina. Very original and creative work. Beautiful colours. And i love the bluegreen border too. I really wish i understood why this one makes me think of Picasso...heh no idea... maybe i looked at too many picasso paintings lately.
