Background, lighting touch up, Post work on hair and some lines around the face, and frame done by me in PSP.

I really Like It . But IMHO i think the lips are a bit large.

Let us make an agreement: the lips are big, but she looks rather a Martian, than a Homo sapiens. Perhaps these are simply typical, big Martian lips. No matter, who she is, the face remains interesting (specially with the blue light in the background).
