"Roses are red, And violets are blue, You are my wife, And I love you!" ~~~~~ HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY!

Funny story. My wife Lisa has a new product being released soon and her publisher needed an author/artist photo. So she made herself up and we went out to our garden during the golden hour to take some photos. I shot about 60 frames and some even turned out halfway decent. After we were done and while she was taking off her shoes inside the front door, I snapped off a candid shot or two. The light was low so the shutter speed was slow, and these last spontaneous photos came out a bit blurry. Looking through them later on the computer, Lisa chose this as her favorite. The last shot of the day. Even with the blur and the busy background. Fortunately the author photo will be small, so the blur won't be a factor, but it is funny how the best laid plans can come to naught, and a chance shot ends up the winner. I agree with your wife this is a very happy, relaxed portrait, and she looks delightful - Often the photos taken just at random turn out to be the best, as I have found out with my animal photography - Happy Valentines Day - hugs Jane xx

LOL Maybe Lisa is like me. I'm uncomfortable in front of the cam. The best pix of me are always candid or spontaneous. Anyway, lovely photo of your valentine, Kortaloo.
