Jalapenos are a Mexican kind of chilis
Bhut Jolokias are from India
Jalapenos taste great if they are red in green the are hotter
Bhut Jolokia is the hottest pepper in the world nerly 1.000.000 Scoville units (Jalapenio has 5.000scu and Tabasco Sauce 7000scu)

I ordered a submarine sandwich for lunch and asked for pickles .when I took the first big bite, I was wondering why it was so spicy.I looked and the girl put jalapeños by mistake.I love them but can not eat. looks like you are going to have a good crop

Bhut Jolokia is really great! I nearly died of them last year when I first tasted one in my meal :-)
