My baby...luv my Jeep 4x4. Do I take it rock-crawling and off-roading? Hell no... No way, no how...... Â
I have been working with 3D digital programs for about 6 years time. My first experiences with the world of 3D digital art were Terragen and a terrain generator program called World Machine. After learning Terragen, I moved on to Bryce where my major interest in creating landscapes, SciFi and interior space renderings now lies.
Other programs which I experiment with and use are Vue7, Apophysis and Incendia. Postwork tools I usually use for enhancing the original renders are PSP Pro X, PhotoScape 3.3, Paint.Net, MGI PhotoSuite and FastStone Image Maker. Occassionally I also enjoy taking photos with my Nikon S52 Digital camera. Here at Renderosity you will find works of mine using all of these mediums.
As an artisan, I have always had a deep love and respect for architecture, especially modern and future design development. You will see that reflected in some of the 3D renderings here in my gallery.
Originally, I'm a Northeastern United States native (anthracite coal region)....half Welsh, half Bavarian in ancestry.... and live some 1,400 feet (about 475 metres) above sea level in the Appalachian mountain chain along with my Shih-Tzu, Max and my cat, London. However, I prefer the lure of the beach and ocean and especially love the Chesapeake Bay region of the East Coast. Â
Take a few minutes to look thru my gallery and leave a comment or two if you like. Everyone here at Renderosity is unique in their work and individual abilities.  Personally speaking, I have been blessed with the friends I have made from around the world and for being a part of this community for the past 5 years. WOW...a fascinating image! Ironically enough, on July 31, 1969, alleged fragments of the ark were found. I remember THAT date because it was also the day on which I was born. But whether THAT is true or not, this is a fantastic image! Great work on all counts and I like the way that it could be what you've described, but in a slightly different light, it can also be something beguiling and alien...I love that element in art and you've captured it wonderfully!

WOW! a fantastic creation out of an almost scraped plan! I am glad you were insightful on how to deal with it! The snow is fantastic for within Bryce! and the sky is perfect as well for this scene my East Coast Pal! and I will remember in future no worries hehe! Great stuff ~ Keep it up!

Then possibilities are endless here, Keith, but I love the idea of Noah's Ark, that's the image I'm seeing. Very nice render, great texture and light!!

When I first saw the structure I was reminded of an Aztec city in South America, except the snow didnt fit in to thatreally. (The snow lying like that, shallowly, is really well achieved by the way). Then I read your description and it fits the concept nicely. Whichever take you have on it its fun.

Ah yes...the lattice terrain...a great area of bryce to explore and this works well in your image...nicely done Keith!

This is very cool. I like the way you made me think of Noah and his family and all those animals making that trip down the mountain and to repopulate this earth of ours. Thank you for this great image. I'm glad you didn't hit the delete button.
