Description
I took this one from the window of a bus... you can see the ancient Egptian Pyramids... the farms and agricultural age... then the building (buildings to be, actually) of the city... the contarst between all those cultures is very captivating... especially because they are all together in one place :D
Forgive the quality... this was taken while the bus was moving... and it's a bit zoomed too... I just wanted to share my POV

when i think back over the years of how much things have changed where i live since i was little ,if i
d left and come back years later i would
nt recognise the place .this is a fantastic shot nahla and if it was`nt for the pyramids it would look just like any other place in the world so its excellent that you have captured the past the present and the future in one shot :o) mickChipka
This is a fantastic image...the blurred quality of it actually gives it an extra quality...we always expect the pyramids to be static and motionless, despite the passage of time, and as a result, whether by accident or not, non-Egyptians tend to view Egypt as "stuck" in a similar way, but this image blurs those boundaries and shows that one of the most ancient of Earth's coherent and enduring cultures is ALSO one of the modern cultures of the 21st century. Of course there have been changes, and things will continue to change, just as the landscape and panoramic view given here indicates change--and forward motion. Great work, wonderfully presented.

A wonderful mood capture, Nahla. I like the motion blurr. Loads of movement is this shot. Hugs. Diane.

The blur is nice but I have a thirst to see this without a blur just so I can study it carefully. Excellent job here even with the blur.

I agree with PJ, that even though it is blurry (and really doesn't take away from the mood you intend here, but adds it) - it makes us want to see more. I'd love to see the pyramids! That would be wonderful. :o) Excellent, Nahla, you did well. I'm so happy to see you are enjoying that camera.
