Hey Y'all, welcome to my homepage.
ÂÂ
I love taking pictures. I have been a member for a while, but only started uploading pictures this year, 2007. I just got a new Nikon D80, and Corel Paint Shop Pro Photo x2. I enjoy looking at the RR community art. It inspires me to take better pictures. I want comments and advice so I can become a better photographer.

OK - great shot but I would have shot over the gate. If possible that is. Thats just my take... Nice photo Todd.

I know Fred, I had the same thoughts. I took the same shots over the gates, but when I was choosing the post I just kept going back to the picture with the gates. For some reason I like the old green gates....lol... :) Todd

Good one Todd! Like a gate in a front and behind is a wide range with a barn.

I always loved the old homesteads with the crepe myrtles. Sorry to see this place go. Nice shot.

Nice scene, and I think you were right to include the gate. We are losing valuable farmland left and right in California. They keep building, even though people stopped buying! Anything for a buck. Also, the farmers cannot afford to keep their land and work it anymore. How sad all around.
auntietk
I like the gate, too. Nice capture!

A great barn. I don(t fancy much the fence in the front but the lanscape is beautiful ! But where are the cow skullsS :-). In France we always imagine your country with Saguaro cactuses, sand desert and cow skulls :-) I know it's completly silly :-D Have a great WE Virginie
