Description
On a recent trip south we were held up at Ottawa while they de-iced the plane. Took this from my seat thru window.

A bit unnerving I'd say. I've sat and waited while this was done a couple of times and I keep thinking that what's to stop it from caking up again before we take off...but it never does! :-)
