A yummy shot!! What a meal :-) Wonderful picture too, dearest Roby. I am not sure how to make the picked cucumbers :-((( I will get a shot of my roast lamb for you one day. I promise. Oooh Roby, excellent image! I love 'wurst...it was nearly ALL I ate as snack food in Dortmund, Germany. I can try to find the cucumber recipe for you too! As for this picture, it is fantastic! I'm still in Prague, LOVING Czech food, but I have to admit that I miss German food now!

Hi Roby ! Looks very good.:) I use to make them my self, when I have many cucumbers in the green house. But I make them in 2 ways. Sour and sweet/sour.. And I only make them by my head, so a really recipe I dont have.

I make Kosher Dills, Hamburger chips and a sour dill pickle any of which might be this pickle. Gerkins I thought were the smaller pickles but then, I don't make those so I'm not sure. I can give a recipe for the Koshers or the sour dills if anyone wants one. Site Mail me. :-) As for this, I ate goose liver sandwiches as a child. A real treat. :-)
