Description

We too are ashes as we watch and hear the psalm, the sorrow, and the simple praise of one whose promised thoughts of other days were such as ours, but now wholly destroyed, the service record of his youth wiped out, his dream dispersed by shot, must disappear. Author: Karl Shapiro Since this piece is about the death of a young man and his dreams turning to ashes, I felt the need to add that even out of the ashes of death, life will come in some form or another at some time as well as giving the living a new meaning and appreciation of life to those who will accept it. So I took the liberty of using my WACOM Pen and painting a human touch to this fractal piece. I know it probably doesn't belong in this category but 99.99% of it is fractal work so it's here. Robert
