Sensational work. I love this! It seems to want 'boney and dripping with ugh!!!' or you could go for the 'over-made-up' woman in her late-seventies look!

This has an indian shaman feel to it, so why not a dark ruddy complexion with possibly some tribal art on the head piece? Good looking ZBrush work.

Reminds me of an Ent, so I would say bark maybe? A few leaves here and there? It really depends on what the back story is to your character.
