Description

This is a rare african violet from Ann's beautiful collection. I'm sure she gave me more information about it, but this is from last Spring, and that's all I remember about it. Sneak Factor = Zero Sorry I haven't been giving you these ratings lately, but when I go shoot at Ann's place, she's standing right there the whole time, telling me what to take pictures of! I'm hardly being sneaky.

A rare breed, indeed! Lovely color blends and textures in this stellar macro of the decidedly very effeminate flowers, with their frilly edged petals and delicate demure pistils.

This is an excellent shot. I love the detail and the color! It's even better when the sneak-factor is low, though high sneak factor images do carry their own inherent charm, thrill, and everything else. Great work!
