Hey a posh park eh! one with a duck pond as well, I see just like ours the canada geese are out in numbers looking for food. Love the title, I wonder what time it was when you took it, those shadows are quite long so either early morning or late afternoon. I hope you enjoyed your walk Ashliegh. Excellent capture. Bravo!!!!!

Long shadows are one of my favorites. They give so much mood and relaxation to a photo. Wonderful shot.

Wonderful photograph! I really like pictures where you can see evidence of something without actually seeing the thing. Like a picture of a reflection in the water, but you don't see the real thing that's reflected. I like this picture because I can see evidence that you're there (your shadow) but can't actually see YOU, because you're holding the camera! Very cool!

The long shadows make into an instantly wintery photo! The diagonal tree shadow cleverly leads the eye to the couple in the distance, and your shadow balances the dark flowerbed patch on the other side. And you did all that clever stuff without even thinking about it, which is why you are a natural! Now I think it could be even better if you cropped a little bit off the bottom, but as the artist you are entitled to disagree!
